FireCode is in a Flash tutorial frenzy! He just released another great and easy one. This time you’ll find out how to build a XML driven Horizontal Thumbs Gallery with a nice zoom effect.
For this one, you’ll have to create a XML file. Also, you’ll have to import the class Caurina Transitions to use the smooth effects. Like always, FireCode provided all the explanations, so you can easily put in practice the tutorial.

Time for a brand new FireCode flash tutorial. This one is very easy, probably you’ll put it in practice in 10 minutes at most. Basically, you’ll achieve a parallax scrolling effect in Actionscript 3.0. The idea around the effect is to create different layers on your stage, that move with different speeds, creating a depth effect.
