could you tell me please why the script not working with greek titles? can you help me please

It support. The font is embeded. Just go to library and embed those chars and it would work. It might be happend that font we are using doesn’t have those chars. Please let us know if you still have this issue.
In the fla file, open ‘newsSingleMc’ in the library panel, choose each textfield to embed your fonts on properties panel.

Sorry, it is ‘newsTitleMc’ and ‘tooltipMc’
embed all textFields in them again.

Hello sonnypro,
We tried to embed Greek in the textFields, but it is not going to work with Greek characters. we don’t know why. our product doesn’t support Greek until now. It will take much time to figure it out.
In this case it would be required some customization. If you need, contact us at flashreseller2009[at]gmail[dot]com

Hello SonnyPro,
You have two settings to limit the content. One is for title and second one for description.
On line 21 in the settings.xml you have the settings for the title: titleCharLimitation=‘30’
Right now is set for 30chars.
On line 37 you have the settings for the description: descCharLimitation=‘220’
After you change the parameters upload the settings.xml on your server.
If no changes, please clear the cache of your browser and refresh the page.
We have tested and the function works.

Hello I’m having trouble using a remote feed. My remote feed is on feedburner the ticker is just blank when i input this information.
my feed is:
http://feeds.feedburner.com/BradfordLicensingLlc
i have the ticker in a testing portion of my site:
http://www.bradfordlicensing.com/TESTING/download/
I’ve edited the settings.xml to use the remote feed I’m not sure what i am doing incorrect. Please help.

Please change in settings.xml file this line remoteFeedUrl=“www.feeds.feedburner.com/BradfordLicensingLlc” to remoteFeedUrl=“feeds.feedburner.com/BradfordLicensingLlc”. The www doesn’t have to be inserted since doesn’t exist in the original URL.

The feed works with our product http://www.flashreseller.com/customers/rss2/. Please check if you upload all the files from archive and your server supports php. Also please check if the getRss.php has permissions to write.

I was hoping there was a small tweak to an xml file or the fla that would sort this. I have a very basic understanding of flash. Its not something straight forward that you could post here how to tweak it then?
I just want the full news in the ticker, not just on mouse over.
Would really appreciate the help!

Have you test the product with original feed? http://www.flashreseller.com/preview/download/ If the original feed doesn't work no other feed would work. Also you could have issues generated by the feed. The RSS Ticker v2 works best with rss 2.0 feeds that have images.
