  I had sent a message regarding the news scroller i had purchased from your site couple of weeks ago and no one has revereted back yet.

  
  

  Can you please look into this situation on an urgent basis and help me with the situation. I had purchased the 2009 zoom news scroller and it is not at all friendly like it is on the demo version especially when it comes to clicking the last item in the list. The scroller keeps hovering when u try reading the contents and try to scroll within the contents. It is not very stable.

  
  

  Can this scroller be exchanged for another on of the same price. I hope to hear from you this time around.

  This is the first time when we receive your message.
  The download product and the preview is exactly the same. The hovering depends of the browser, setting of the computer, etc.

  This Scroller is good, but my clients are facing difficulties in going through the news as the content does not stay stable when reading the news…

  
  

  Can it be customised in such a way where by when the mouse is over the CONTENT PANEL...it does not move up or down immaterial of the mouse movement inside the content panel…it shud move up and down only while hovering over the news header.

  
  

  Or it would be great if you could exchange this with the 2009 Browse News Widget or the Unlimited XML News

  Can we use multiple feeds with this? i want to be able top get the news from multiple RSS feeds.

  Hi Rami. The product Zoom News Reader doesn't support RSS feeds. The product http://www.flashcomponents.net/component/zoom_rss_news_v2.html support RSS feeds but it works just with one. Is possible to customize a plugin that would allow you to use more than one feed.
