  Hi,
  
  I realised there's a problem with the links to work properly. When I click on the loaded pictures. Everything including tooltips are loaded fine. But there seems to be a problem with my links that it does not correspond properly to the XML listed.

  I would like to load different xml file to the 3D carousel, such as with your vertical scroller. If you could explain how to do this I would be very grateful.

  There is something wrong with the xml file, when I add the links in the xml file they get randomly assigned to pictures. Then the links change if I am clicking on the image if it's on the right or left side.
  
  It makes it rather usless as a menu unfortunatly. I'm using it at: http://www.canadianenglishacademy.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=156&Itemid=158
  
  Do you know what can be done to fix this?
  
  to trevor: you can change the xml file if you look on line 81 of the actions layer. making it vertical is one of the options you can set in the xml file: vertical="yes"

  I bought 3D Image Carousel Menu - Engine on may 17th, but I still can't download it. I have the confirmation e-mail from Paypal and, as I have already bought other things here, I know that I have done it all correctly.

  Thank you for this really flexible tool.
  
  One thing to correct (I use the fixed version): when clicking on an menu-item you then have to move your mouse pointer, otherwise the link won't open if you don't move the mouse pointer. this is a bit confusing for people who click and then wait and nothing happens.

  Fantastic component.
  
  I want to load it into another swf, but it stops working. I guess this is down to target names and the use of _root in the addressing.

  when you click on an icon in the 3d image carousel the link opensin a new window, what do i need to do that will let me open the link in the same window i.e the parent window

  How would you place a movieClip in the center and have the items rotate around it? Like a "Logo" or some other item.

  Simply open the source file, click on the actionscript and edit line number 253.
  Change from:
  _blank

  to:
  _self

  Just a small problem..

  I need the reflected logos in the carousel to be an accurate reflection of the logo image. At the moment all the reflected images beneath the logo appear backwards!

  Also is there an easy way to centre the text in the tooltip icon

  Any help would be appreciated

  Hi – I‘ve published this to my server and the rotating works great but every time I click on an image, the links do not work – it either says Page not found or

  without this working its pretty useless as a menu – any help would be appreciated thanks

  Can you provide a little more instruction on how to resize the images in CS3? I‘m not very knowledgeable in Flash and am needing some guidance.

  Also, for me the PNG with transparency doesn‘t look very good with the size and detail I‘m using. Any way it could use SVG files or transparent gif and have it smooth out?

  Any fixes or improvements with the new source?

  Just wanted to post a follow-up since I‘ve downloaded the new code. A considerable improvement for sure. I was able to find the resizing parameters for my larger icons and the transparent PNGs look fantastic with smoothing working. Other improvements are in there as well.

  One request to throw out there. It would be really nice if I could set the XML to have mouse interaction but instead of the icons loading and sitting static, have them moving around at a designated speed. Only when the mouse enters the flash area will the mouse interaction take over. This will help the user identify how the icons move/spin immediately (as well as it looks much better) on page load. Nice product!

  How can I adjust the speed formula to be much slower than it is currently? The setting of 1 (slowest) is still getting comments that it‘s too fast.

  hello- would it be possible to have a version of a static caroussel and a menu outside the caroussel, where we could choose which icon put in foreground, in a smooth rotate animation of the caroussel from icon to icon? thanks
