  I cannot install it in my joomla 1.7. i followed the instructions carefully but I couldnt.

  could I have more specifi instructions. is there a way I can install it directly from my computer from a zip file?

  You need to copy deploy folder contents to:

  Dear Provider

  I am kind of desperate, You do not understand. I DID FOLLOW the instructions carefully. I created the folders, as instructed. I uploaded the deploy folder and then I could not install it. I also sent you a message asking for help to install the joomla module and the plug in.

  Any help??

  I posted asking for help and I also sent a private message but I have not had any answers yet.

  You migth be very busy but any help could be appreciated. I managed to installed the module and the pluging by zipping the corresponding files in my computer and installing them in the traditional way. however nothing shows.

  Any clue?

  do I have to change something in the file index.xml code to show it in my front page? if so, how and where.

  I can do it in dreamweaver if you just tell me what I have to change.

  You promised to solve the problems within a week, well, it's been over a week and nothing has happend. I hope you are a person of your word. I bought this from you as I trusted the site, I have tried many ways to solve the problem and I need your help and support as promised before I bought this element. There were only good comments when I bought why do you jeopardize your chances to sell more in the future? I do not understand

  How can I make the Component work with Greek?

  I have saved the banner.xml in "UTF-8 without signature" in my editor. Still Greek does not appear. Then, I opened the .fla and on the 3 Fonts I also clicked the Greek Character set. The fonts BebasNeue.otf and pf_ronda_seven.ttf were Installed.
