Wow, this is awesome!
What about the possibilities of captions?

Thank you nelis , I a working on it and it will be added today or tomorrow
Captions are now enabled , HTML formatted too.
Looks great!
Too bad that when it has to render the captions, the fps decreases..
Would placing the captions outside the slider itself help increasing the fps?
Thank you nelis.
The fps is great here , it doesn't and actually…shouldn't slow down when the captions where rendered because in the end it's just a bitmap :)
I am planning to use this script for an advertising campaign that has several Banner sizes. The publisher requires a 35kb file size. Is there a way to make the file size smaller.
According to the file size report:
ActionScript Bytes Location
————————— ————
69838 ActionScript 3.0 Classes
The action script is quite large, coming in at 70kb. Do you have a way for me to decrease the total kb size of the final .swf file.
Please advise.

Hi,
Those AS3.0 classes are classes of PV3D, I cannot reduce them.
As for importing, I have only imported what would be enough to get the application functioning and the size turned out to be 68kb.
I will try to edit the classes to remove unnecessary parts and will give you a response shortly.
Hi, I am sorry.
PV3D classes are interconnected(i.e. each class imports many other classes (7 : 10 other classes) which are required for the class itself to work, leading to a relatively large file size.
Smallest size I could get (with only a camera in an empty scene) is 60kb, 68kb is a good size even for 56kb users (it will load in 6-10 seconds).
Papervision3D gives a great result for a small increase in file size, try to explain it to the publisher, he might change his mind.
Sorry if I couldn’t help you.
*Hi Nitrox
Hope you can help me. I try to make your script working but nothing appears on our webpage. I guess it has to do with the flash version (version=6,0,29,0). Can you please tell me which parameter in this PHP file I must change ??? *
Yes, this components needs Flash player 9, (9,0,0,0)...You can open the FLA file, go to File drop down list and select Publish settings, setup the HTML page then click Publish, the HTML code will be generated for you.
Cool component. I added it to my page and modified the size and images in the XML file, but when I run it on a Mac it takes several minutes before the animation begins. I can play it on a PC (I.E) and it runs fine. Any idea on why it takes so long to start on a Mac (Safari & Firefox)? I only have 6 optimized images in the slideshow and the size is 510 × 332. I didn’t modify the flash file…
thanks,
cmac
Hi Nitrox

cmac -> Maybe it’s the connection, I don’t think the OS is the reason.
diver -> I sent you a PM, check your inbox.
