Is source codes included in the download files? Or just a .swc component you can change the parameters?
    Thanks.

    Hi ljismeok, Source code is included in the file , this is not a component , this is a FLA file with changeable parameters(via FLA or XML).

    Hello, I‘ve purchased your component and it works great when viewing from firefox and IE on a PC. When one views it from firefox, safari, or IE from a Mac, it doesn‘t render correctly at all. For example, I only have 4 items on the left wheel. When you view this on a Mac, firefox only shows a small piece of the Left wheel on the RIGHT hand side of the screen…

    Here is a link to a screen shot to illustrate the issue:

    Do you have a fix for this?

    Thanks a bunch!

    Hi, This is weird , I have made a google search on this matter and it seems that Fire Fox , Safari and IE (on Mac) have problems with flash player 9 .

    Maybe it‘s not a rendering issue , maybe there is a code error(You obviously have played around with the code :) )

    Can you send me the files and let me see if I can fix this?

    Dannylittle, I haven‘t heard from you ever since.
    Anyway , a friend of mine tested it on Mac , and it‘s working fine.

    I was quite impressed with this initially .. however I found out that unless you have exactly the same number of images for each page you will get some funny results ..

    for instance if their are only three images on the wheel .. and the wheel size is set to 8 then the wheel doesnt display at all .. basically you must have more images than are set to appear on the wheel

    also if you have a wheel length of 8 and 13-14 images then you will find that it splits accross the two wheels and both are hard to scroll

    this has made it rather useless as the users of my site will have a random amount of images, I look forward to version 3.0

    Hi,
    I like it very much.
    Does it support traditional Chinese ?
    Because I need show albums menu and video information with traditional Chinese. So I want to make sure that it can work.

    Thanks a lot.

    homepro ,
    I didn‘t find the bug you are talking about , I set the max. wheel load to 8 and changed the media album to 3 items and it worked :S

    But thanks for reporting :)

    Did you try to set the scrolling style to 3? :)

    You can change it from the FLA file, it’s just a text field :)

    I will be using this in an environemnt where non flash users will need to add video. I would prefer to not have them access the xml file directly, so I was thinking it would be nice to see a GUI content management tool that would allow users to indicate the location of the file, the discrption, name and length to update the xml file. Is this something that can be considered for development?

    Regarding the header, could you be more specific about where you change the field text and in which FLA file.

    The main FLA file (3D Yeah! Gallery v2.FLA).....

    -Open the FLA, you will only see a V2 logo in the middle of the screen.
    -Open the Library (CTRL L) , open the”Lib” folder, then open “02 – Gallery“ folder.
    -Double click “Gallery” , you should find the text field right there.

    Delete it or change it.

    Thanks for the detail. I completed the changes as described, but the text “3D Yeah! Gallery v(2.0)” is still there. Perhaps we were talking about two different text fields, but “3D Yeah! Gallery v(2.0)” is what I want to remove. I have no issue with the software name being called out, but I’d prefer it not be in not such a prominent area.

    No I don’t think so, the instructions I gave you were to delete the large “3D Yeah! Gallery v2.0” grey text on top of the picture.

    When I mouse over thumb nail images on page 2/2 I get the NAME of thumbnail images from page 1/2. However, the NAME in the About section is correct on page 2/2. Can this be fixed?

    Hi I have upload the 3D – yeah Gallery.

    The Thumbs will not show, the main picture will shows ok.
    I have used the Thumb Creator to convert the pictures.

    The structure is as follows:

    Main Folder Gallery2, within the folder are the following:
    Abstract
    City
    images < where all the main pictures are.
    Landscape
    Xmas
    and so forth
    in the Xmas folder is:
    Folder called Thumbs and the Xmas.xml file

    When I view the Xmas album the pictures appear in the middle no problem, but the thumb pictures will not show.

    In the Xmas.xml file is the following:
    <AlbumData>

    <Thumb Location = “Xmas/Thumbs/11962825898445.gif” />
    <File Location = “http://camp-battlegroup.com/Gallery2/images/11962825898445.gif” />
    <FileInfo Type = “image” Length = “” />

For the boys

In your dreams boys.

    <ToolTips> Waiting for me, as if.</ToolTips>

    I have also tried this:
    <AlbumData>

    <Thumb Location = “http://camp-battlegroup.com/Gallery2/Xmas/Thumbs/11962825898445.gif” />
    <File Location = “http://camp-battlegroup.com/Gallery2/images/11962825898445.gif” />
    <FileInfo Type = “image” Length = “” />

For the boys

In your dreams boys.

    <ToolTips> Waiting for me, as if.</ToolTips>

    Also, the gif files will not animate, the Gallery work great, just cant get the Thumbs to show.

    Could you please advise

    Cheers

    Hi scorpious, animated GIF files aren’t supported by the flash player.

    You can animate the GIF and export the animation as an SWF animation.

    Try JPG images and email me with what happens.

    Hi Nitrox

    I noticed last night that you had put :

    Error fixed, please re-download to jr24601

    so, I downloaded it again from my account and it worked first time.

    My fault should have checked my account for updates or fixies. The fix was starring me in the face.

    I will try what you suggested and you let you know. Cheers for the advise.

    A suggestion for future development . . . it would be nice to have a way to search all the videos in the albums and display those search results in wheels. If anyone else has any other suggestions on this topic or feedback about a work around you created, please share.
