    How do I make the slide show start midway through the pictures…in other words I want the slider to load on picture 10 instead of picture 2. Is this possible? If so, how do I acomplish this?

    Please check your email … I just send you the source with a new variable in component inspector:


    Active Picture – this variable set the active picture that appears on the load of the component…

    Hi Iam interested on your gallery, but I have some quesstions:
    1. Could I increase te different gallerys by XML or I must to do it by flash?
    2. Could I link every picture with a lightbox to see it full screen?

    1. The gallerys number and all the data’s are given in the XML file and you don’t need flash for that
    2. Yes, I just test the lightbox and it works …

    Your component is exactly what I´ve been looking for, except I want it to autoplay when loaded. I can see in the comments that you added this feature, but I would like to seee how it works before buying. Do you have a link or something?

    The person need the category and conbtrol out but this is just a sample you can have the utoplay on the original file ....

    you can find the component in the library, you don’t have to install it or something else just open the .fla that you get from FlashComponents …. copy from the library the Flow gallery component or from the Stage the viptehnology signe … and paste it in your file … The component is very easy to use just drag and drop into the Stage … if you can get this done write an email to viptehnology@gmail.com and you will get help …

    I need to use your component in images bigger than sample. It’s like widht 459px and height 633 px. I changed the parameters of Flow gallery and dimensions of stage, but does’t work well. I could’t see the whole image. Look that: http://www.popbr.biz/flash/component.swf

    yes I see what were your modifications but as you see the pictures have a mirror effect and a little menu down so you must make a bigger stage and a bigger Component Height this 2 variagles should be at least 2 * picture Hieght … if can’t make this thing work contact me at viptehnology@gmail.com with your sizes and I will make some modifications probably make a little less mirror or something …

    when you open the .fla file with an flash editor like Flash 8 or Flash CS3 you will find the vip logo on a white background … the white background is the Stage I’m talking about … click on the logo and then press Shift+F7 and the component isnpector will appear … edit the variables and you have your own Flow Component…

    thank you, it was helpful. However, editing the parameters does not always give the results one would expect from reading the name of the parameter. So it is quite tricky. Using trial and error method it’s still possible to get the desired result.

    Hello,


    I installed this control inside of a full flash site on one of the many flash pages. There is no html page “under” this particular flash page, so I need to know how to call the AC_RunActiveContent.js from “inside” the FLA file. I can get the thumbnails and the slider to show up, but none of the text (lower menu or picture descriptions) shows up.


    Can you give me the line of code (example) to insert into the FLA file and tell me where to place the code?

    Hi …
    To use the component just copy the Flow gallery that is on the library of the source you got from FlashComponents … in the library of your .fla file, after that drag the component in your stage where you would like to appear … As I realize you did this already and you got the thumbnails and the slider but no text and this is because you did not copy the fonts from the original source: menuFont and titleFont … copy them and you will get the text … You can contact me for any problem at viptehnology@gmail.com
