  • @nitrox: The CMS is not accepting my image uploads. I have confirmed that my server is supporting PHP. I have not modified or moved any file or folder names. I have ensured that every single file and folder including the parent folder is chmodded to 777. Any suggestions?

I can create a new album. When uploading an image, I can go through the entire process, but after the upload is accepted, none of the images actually post to the album. Actually, when I log out and back into the CMS the albums that I create dissapear. Please help.

  • Please make sure you have Zend optimizer 3.3 or higher enabled for your hosting account.

  • Nitrox,

The instructions to install Zend Optimizer appear straightforward, but I’m not having any luck. I’m using 1and1 to host and the following link contains their instructions to install Zend which also coincide with Zend’s instructions: http://faq.1and1.com/scripting_languages_supported/php/11.html

I’ve confirmed with 1and1 that my account will support Zend, but unfortunately the reps can’t be of much more help.

    My questions:
    1) Where do I place the php.ini and ZendOptimizer.so files with regard to the flash component files? (I currently have them both in the same directory as the component files)
    2) Do any the component files need to be modified at all in order to reference the .ini or .so files? Otherwise, how does the server or browser recognize Zend?
    3) Is there any way that I can confirm that the Zend Optimizer is installed correctly?

Thank you for your help. I’m eager to get your awesome design functioning so I can display our wedding photos for family.
