Hello, send us a pm with the example and I will ask a developer to look over it and help you out. Most likely a wrong setting or something, don’t worry.

  • I’m trying to adjust the size of the caption text, and this is what creates the problem. The caption shows Photo: or Video: and then in really small print shows the title. I need to make this type bigger, as the readability is unkind. Adjusting the type font is ok, but when I adjust the size, the text disappears. email is sean.ragsdale@rmvrvail.com

  • I can not display images from the web in this gallery! Everything works in the fla when i publish it, but when i put it on the web, the image that i have linked to, will not display! The information is there, and the dimensions are there, but in place of the image, there is a gray box! However, if i do an absolute link of something already on my site, it will work, but any picture from the web outside will not? Is there a fix to this, or does this mean I can not use the gallery online?

Hello, of course you can use the gallery online but there is no support for hot linking, very few people use it and there are also other issues to consider. You need to upload the images to your server and it will work just fine. This is not a bug, it is not advertised as supporting hot linking.

  • Without having any coding knowledge, just basic xml configuration skills, could I use this as a multi-video player instead of pictures? And which type of video does it play? FLV or MP4, like which one does it play by default please…

  • When a video clip has finished, it automatically goes to the first video frame, is there a way to change the code so that is ends on the last fame? It’s very important for my project.

  • So when we’d buy this component, are we free to make changes such as translations or deleting fields we won’t be using?
    cheers
