  I’m interested in the gallery but have zero flash knowledge. Do i just put the “Quick SWF inside a HTML page inclusion” in an HTML file and link to that file from a button (or drop down) labeled “portfolio”?

  Thank you for your interest. The gallery is simple to configure and includes an example html page having the swf file already inside but if you have zero Flash knowledge or didn’t integrated Flash into html page(s) before you may need some assistance from someone more experienced.

  Im trying to use the keyboard to navigate through the menus and images but it only highlights them and doesnt select them when I press enter. Is there anyway I can make these select when I click the enter key on the keyboard? I need a gallery that is accessible using keyboard as well as mouse.

  Hello!

  I am just want to know important things for me before purchasing: is your gallery text-part supporting cyrilic? Interesting how it will be look like embedded object (750 x 500 for example)?

  Galleries looks great (I mean v.03 gallery also and questions above are about both galleries),

  I would like to buy both of them if they have expected features.

  Hi,

  Yes sure. Flash includes support for may languages charcter sets. You need to edit the .fla file in Flash / edit the description text filed / select the text field and open the text Properties Panel and click on the Embed button and you'll see many charcter sets and select Cyrillic set and click ok and export again the new swf.

  To resize the Flash object you edit the width / height parameters value inside html for both object and embed tags.

  If I purchase this template:

  1: Will I be able to change the layout if I need to move the category bar or the thumbnail bar? --will I get the full flash source file with ALL Actionsript included?
  2: Do you have external links in the flash file (on movie clips,-preloaders...) to your own or Flashcomponents' website?

  Sorry to be a bother but I have burned myself before, I purchased templates that I couldn't customize a simple design thing on the layout after customer requested it , so I lost tons of time, had to trash the template and start all over again. Your response is greatly appreciated.

  Advanced Image Gallery XML ( & Slideshow & Banner Rotator ) 04 - AS3 Joyous day, I have already purchased, but need to know.....

  How can I change the Category image Column into a horizontal Row of category images instead of the current vertical display... AND... move the Category Row above the large center image? Which files, actions, MCs etc. do I need to adjust-modify; and what are those needed changes? Thanks!!

  Hi, the gallery is awesome :) But I don't need the text information below the image. When I delete the info icon in *.fla file the gallery doesn't work :( what should I do?

  Hi, I purchased your gallery but am running by a problem: Sometimes the images stop loading as I scroll over the thumb images,sometimes there is a flash, after that any following images stop loading also, I have to go and refresh the page to get it to work again, any thoughts on why this is happening? Also the full screen feature does not work, I have it in a div with css, any thoughts? thanks in advance

  Hi, Make sure you have the latest Flash Player version from Adobe site installed in your browser. For full screen to work you need to have the allowFullScreen paramter set to true in both object and embed tags inside the html page(s) of your site where the Flash object resides.

  Hi, I have purchased this component and looks great. I have run into a problem regarding the "categ.xml" file. When I add more pages () then the flash doesnt work.

  Is there code I need to change when having more than 9 pages (horizontal thumbs)?

  It works just fine, make sure all the xml tags are correctly closed and lowercase.

  Hi Flashtunning, I'm having the same problem as Gigissa:

  Sometimes the images stop loading as I scroll over the thumb images,sometimes there is a flash, after that any following images stop loading also, I have to go and refresh the page to get it to work again,

  I have the latest version of Flash installed and my connection is very good but it occasionally 'bugs' like that anyhow.(seems to happen when you don't let the image fully load before you click on another thumb). It happens almost all the time on slower connections. Is there anyway to prevent to viewer to click on the next thumb if the previous image isn't fully loaded...?? Thanks for your help!...it's an annoying bug...

  Hi,

  Each thumb handler is activated after it is fully loaded. You can check the pressHandler method inside the thumbnailMenu clip / ReadMe layer and also edit the imgMc clip ( general thumb clip ) and llok after finished_loading handler you'll see the activateHandlers call after the thumb content is fully loaded.

  @kbdi: only images are supported in this version, to change the text color you need to edit the .fla file in Flash / open the library CTRL + L / open the common_assets folder / edit the title_text clip / select the text fileld inside and open the text properties panel and adjust the attributes.

  Hi Flashtuning, I've purchased your gallery named "Advanced Image Gallery XML ". It looks fine, thank you. However I have a problem: I need to embed the gallery in a Flash file. The "container" Flash is 1024 x 768 px; the gallery must be reduced to 700 x 525 px. So, when I embed the gallery, all goes OK but the embedded SWF goes full screen (1024 x 768) and is not 700 x 525! I was able to reduce size of the two rectangles on top and on side of the gallery (topBorder & footerBorder), but I could not do anything about the size of the pics. It goes over the document's border! Can you help me, please? Thank you very much Orbore ([email protected])

  Hi,

  To change the thumbs size:

  Edit the config.xml configuration file and adjust the maxThumbWidth / maxThumbHeight values. Also go to the categ folder and edit the xml files and adjust the bigimageW / bigimageH attributes.

  I haven't purchased yet, have a few questions. I am going to have different swf's loading into the background and navigation swf that is embedded into the HTML page. Will I be able to load a different gallery for a different swf loaded?

  Also, I may consider doing those galleries on labeled frames in one swf, will it work then and is there a better way of the 2 options?

  Make a test folder on your server and upload the exact original download file structure inside that folder and test with different browsers.
