    What fonts are you using with this form? I do not have them and the form doesn’t come up correctly.

    Please disregard my last comment. In case someone runs into the same issue as me the font name is “FrancophilSans”. Can be found for free in many places (i.e. http://www.dafont.com/francophil-sans.font).


    I suggest this font be bundled with the download.

    Hello, It would be much easier for us to include the font, however it’s license doesn’t allow this kind of distribution and nor do some of the other sites we sell on.
