Although I was able to customize this form, it doesn’t work properly. I contacted Mario several times and it takes weeks to hear back from him. The form only works if the sender and receiver’s emails are the same, which doesn’t make sense. I found that out after contacting my hosting service. I asked him to fix that or tell me what may be wrong but still haven’t heard from him. Bottom line, if you know nothing about PHP, you’re on your own.
Please make sure you copy the entire movieClip containing the form in your project and than have the PHP script in the same folder where your main swf containing the form resides. Then upload to the server and make sure the server has the scripts enabled (Some servers support PHP but not all have this enabled – look for cgi-bin or Scripts and enable them).

I have responded to your email a couple of days after you sent it. I don’t know why you did not get it.
I suggested to redownload the form and upload it “as is” just put your email in the php script. Maybe you modified the ActionScript a bit and it’s not communicating with the php script properly. ut most importantly make sure the scrips are enabled on your server.
I have only heard of this once from a customer who ended up confirming it was a server issue. From about 60 sales on several sites everybody else is happy.
Mario has done a great job with this AS3 contact form and it works like a charm . Mario responded to my questions really really fast. I appreciate his personal attention to a particular problem I had (was my doing, not his), as he helped me out with that issue quickly and reliably. I was able to customize the look and feel. The auto response email works nicely.

Hi, I bought your conatct form. I copy the whole content to my fla. change the e-mails in contact_aut_reply.php and contact.php with mine.. i uploaded them but everytime it says. ''Error, try later'' do i making something wrong ?
Hi, thanks for buying. You need to use a hosted email service, like gmail or yahoo for your email address. Also make sure you upload everything in the same folder and lastly make sure there's php working on your server. Hope this helps. Thanks again.
