Hello we have a problem. We’re trying to load a 950 × 400 px image but it gets all messed up. He says it’s a bug in the player. I’d appreciate if you could have a look:

cause you set wrong swf file size in html

please replace 900 and 700 to your your rotator width and height

Just purchased the BannerRotatorclassic. Love it. I’d like to get rid of the shadow that shows up behind the titling. Which file do I modify to not have a title shadow? Also, when I change the default height of my buttons, from 50 to 20, the are cut off along the bottom of the window (horizontal menu). I would just like them to be a bit skinnier. Thanks so much for the work you do.

I just want to say how brilliant this is. Smooth and quick and looks great.
I do have a major gripe with the documentation. I’m a coder but can’t do sod all in flash. A Non-flash software user in depth guide would be better.

Hi,
We’re sometimes having problems on some refreshes where it just won’t load. Nothing comes up. Have you heard of this before? Any ideas?

Is there any way to prevent this from caching? If I change my images in the XL file it seems the only way to get them to load is to rename the SWF file and the reference to it in the JS file which is a pain.
I have added a UUID string to the path to the SWF so my browser should see it as unique each time (which works for SWFs and Flex apps I make). But this app just refuses to reload the data. Any help is appreciated.

you can change those script to always reload the xml file,
eg: myRotator.load(“config.xml?”+Math.radnom());
and please login with the account that you bought this file thanks
