Got a problem, that has been mentioned yet:
I've got a blinking body text before even the head text is animated to be seen. The tip was to update the flashplayer which did not occur to help in my case. The strange thing about all of it is, that the blinking was not present for some time but suddenly occured. After that it does also blink in the preview of this page. I have changed all possible settings, made the text non-animated and all, but it still blinks, no matter what i do. I've emptied cache, still the same problem. I don't know any further, please help :)

Problem with IE browser
Hi,
I have placed this component on my website and it works fine with Firefox and Chrome. However, nothing appears when I attempt to view my site on any of the IE browsers. Here's the address to my site: www.avetara.com

Hello,
I am trying to remove the "About Banner Rotator" text when right clicking on the flash file. I took your advice and put this tag into settings.xml, but nothing worked.
Can you help me remove this?

Hello, Your application is very useful. Im making a template in dreamweaver and started out with the banner size in 800x200. My client wants the banner a little smaller, thats why I reduced the size to 700x150. However when I reduce the size I can not see the banner. I cant seem to make it work in that size, please help. Thank you.

HI, I bought your scripts. it work very good. However I have problem of finding a good transition that I want. Do you have a list of transition ? I just want to have simple transition (fade in and fade out, no zooming effect). Which transition number i need to select ?

How can I just male it transition on some and zoom on other images. For example, numbers 1 to 3, I want a fade transition and #4 or 5 a zoom or ken burns things.
also, is there a way to display the image thumbnails below instead of those arrows?

Very nice... but err... is there some documentation somewhere? Something that explains how to dynamically specify the images xml file via flashvars? I can't seem to find a readme?

Hi,
This is my problem. I have another flash file which have the same XML name which is "setting.xml" When I bought this file I also have the same file name ie. setting.xml.
Lets say I re-name this setting.xml to setting2.xml - My question is how do we point this flash file to setting2.xml rather than original setting.xml?
I supposed u need to change them in the FLA file.** I try to look at the action frame in flash hoping to be able to see the script but it shows blank. Maybe i do it the wrong way and wondering if u show me how to change from setting.xml to setting2.xml?
I am not an expert in flash. Please help and i really aprreciate this.

Hi, Would like to buy this banner, but can I convert it to AS3?
The reason is I need to load sub SWF which are AS3 and according to my knowledge I can't do that form an AS2 loader.

I haven't been able to use the Banner Rotator. I really like it but it poses a big problem for me. I use png's that have transparent backgrounds. I need the the bottom slide to fade out when a new slide transitions in. Currently, my png's overlay each other and you can see the bottom one underneath the top one.

Hey great component but I have one major problem, how do I use this for multiple flash's on the same page?
The site I am working on needs to have 4 different images with 4 different settings for each one on the same HTML page. So really I need 4 setting files and 4 image dir's. Right now I have no way of pointing to a different settings file .

so many features that I cannot seem to get it to do something very simple! I want it to be a very basic banner rotator 414 wide by 280 tall with only the following,
- fade transition
- pics in order (no random)
- prev/next buttons only that stay on all the time (centered vertically, spaced to left and right of rotator)
- caption bar with single line of text across the bottom of the rotator that appears only during mouseover
- no autoplay (only change images when prev/next buttons are clicked)
I can get everything to work except the caption bar. when I place it at top it looks fine but when I place it at bottom it is clipped and does not display properly. Any suggestions?

Outstanding product! I purchased the multiple use option and agree that this is the only flash slideshow I will ever need to buy. Works beautifully. The tool above to create the .xml settings is extremely helpful, adding an option to "unselect all" transitions would be useful. Love that there are so many transitions to choose from, a guide would be helpful so I don't have to test each one to know when I might want to use it. Thanks for the excellent product. Is it possible for me to upgrade to your "all products" option in the future?
