can someone help me? i am new to flash so i can't figure out why the main file that has the flash has to be in the same root folder as all of the source files in order to work.
i want to share the swf file in various sections of my site so i am using an include file. the include file contains the swf and all of it's source files (xml, images, actual swf) are all in the same folder, but it won't work!!!
here is an example of a page that contains the include file but is in another folder. flash loads but content doesn't: http://www.writedesignworks.com/corporate/home/
here is a file that contains the include file calling the flash file but sits in the root folder with all source files: http://www.writedesignworks.com/corporate/flash/
i tried changing the paths in the xml files to point to where these files are located but won't work.
if someone can help me out i would appreciate it!
