I didn’t get *ANY instructions * with the zip file.

I have customized the xml file and added another calender and another combobox. I’ve uploaded it to my website, filled in the form online and clicked the send button.
when I checked my email, I mean in the submitted email I noticed that the dates were the same although I had picked different dates. ComboBox item data were the same
The same thing happened with the checkBoxes (one ticked, the other left blank while filling the form online, but in the email message I had both ticked “Yes”).
But in your explanation you state “ComboBox (as much as you want, not validated)
CheckBox (as much as you want, not validated)
NumericStepper (as much as you want, not validated)
Datefield (as much as you want, not validated) “
I am stuck with your original layout. I cannot modify the form according to my needs.
How can I overcome the repetition of the same data in the calender, combobox and checkbox.
I’d appreciate your help.

I made the download and can't open the flash file "dinaform.fla" . I get a ERROR.
