The name of this class, ‘com.aslibrary.Delegate’, conflicts with the name of another class that was loaded, ‘com.aslibrary.Delegate’.
The name of this class, ‘com.aslibrary.Slides’, conflicts with the name of another class that was loaded, ‘com.aslibrary.Slides’.
The name of this class, ‘com.aslibrary.DynamicMovieShow’, conflicts with the name of another class that was loaded, ‘com.aslibrary.DynamicMovieShow’.
i have tried to export in flash8 as2, flash9 as2, flash9 as3 and all have errors.

found out why it had errors. seems that the pc i was using had the system clock set for 2006. Certain flash files will error in very odd ways if the pc has an earlier clock setting than when the flash file was created.
It seems this can even happen if someone in new york sends a flash file to someone in los angeles the file would be 3 hours older and wont work right for exporting until the 3 hour time difference catches up.
