  Hello, I bought the XML USA with a custom list of the States. I have tried to email the developer but no answer. I cannot figure out how to use this product. It said easy installation so I bought it. But, I cannot understand how to install it. Can anyone give me some direction on where to start. I downloaded the product and I am lost.
