  • Hello I'm interested in buying your video player but I just have one question,

    Does the download.zip include instructions as to how to use the video player in a FLASH website? Will there be any complications to adding into any of my flash websites?

    And I wanted to confirm another thing, the social media buttons can they be completely disabled?

    Thank you! I hope to hear from you quickly!

  • Hello,

    1. These instructions are not present but you can add it in a completely FLASH project using a simple Drag & Drop from the Library or using ActionScript with addChild function
    2. from XML you can delete the content of that area and if needed add something else

  • Also,

    I just found an incovenience in the player which I don't know if you have a solution that can be made to the files.....

    In a flash file, if the player isn't place in the 0, 0 (x and y axis) it wont correctly do fullscreen. For instance, if it is placed in the center of a flash website...upon pressing the fullscreen, the stage display fullscreen, will start from that axis the player is at in the stage. Consequently, having part of the player go off screen and showing the rest of the website behind it.

    Please if you have any solutions to his it will be greatly appreaciated. Thank you

  • Hello,

    Thank you for buying our product.

    1. that warning message appears only when working on local from the YouTube player. You can ignore it because will not affect your website when you see it on the browser
    2. the player is placed (0,0). As you can see in our examples the FullScreen works correct. I believe you are inserting it in a Full Flash website and requires some flash knowledge to make fullscreen work correctly. The .as files need to be modified in order to fit your new elements.

  • Hello,

    Thank you for your quick response.

    Yes, I would have imagined the actionscript files, videoplayer.as, would have to be modified for it to work properly in a full flash website.

    I do have quite a bit of knowledge with flash and actionscript 3, I would of just figured that you would help by just providing the quickest and less invasive solution to the problem.

    But its ok, i'll figure it out. Other than that, the video player works great and it is very complete. Gives you a lot of options to work with.

    Regards

  • Hello,

    It depends of the elements you have on your site so it's hard to give instructions. Of course you'll have to work with the X,Y of the player and modify the function that handles fullscreen event

  • Hello,

    Thanks I figured out how to handle the fullscreen event. On another note I have a different situation.

    I uploaded the site in my server but the videos won't play properly. My player consists of only four FLV videos When it start's playing the first video, 10 seconds before the video finishes it jumps to the next video. There's only one video in the whole playlist that is played completely 'til the end of the clip before it loops to the next video.

    I would like the videos to finish before they jump to the next video in the loop. The player/videos in the site runs perfect from my computer. The videos are played 'til the end, but once on a server it's giving me this problem.

    Any thoughts of what could be happening? How do I solve this?

    Thank you for your help

  • i want to add var flashvars = { xmlVideoPath="playlist.xml" };

    but it does not work ,pls advise me how to do,thanks for your help

  • Hello,

    This option is not available. You have to define the playlist in playersettings.xml and use "htmlPlayerSettings" falshvar.

    flashvars = { htmlPlayerSettings="playersettings_NEW.xml" };
