Flash XML Video Player

  I need a really simple Video Player created, very similar to what bellmedia.com have done

  1) On mouseover, controls show for play/pause. On mouseout, it hides. 2) On stop, video closes. Controls remain hidden. 3) Single video (not a playlist) 4) Video source link editable via XML file 5) Pseudo-streaming? Progressive Download? They are not broadcasts 6) Auto play 7) Transparent background 8) Suitable for .swf, .flv etc
