  I have some questions about this video player:

  
  

  Is this youtube style video player? or how different is that from it?

  
  

  Can I customize skin of the player?

  The video was developed to stream a file from the local server but if you know how to get a file from you tube it will play it .

  
  

  The last button is smoothing the video, this means that the video pixels are antialiased for a better image quality, you can see that by pressing the button in full screen while the video is playing.

  
  

  The skin can be customized in the .fla as long as you keep the same dimensions and don’t change the movieClips instance names.

  what I meant to ask you about youtube style is because I am looking for youtube style video player. Is this same as them or different? in what way?

  If you want to play a youtube video this will not work, this streams/plays only local videos located on a server.

  No, I don’t want to play youtube video using this player but I need to use this player for my website with my own video material or clip but at the end is it the same idea what youtube player does with this player?

  I’m not sure that I understand what you want.

  
  

  So this video player it plays any supported file located on your server or on your hdd, you will specify the name of the video in an xml file, upload the player and the video to your server with a ftp program and is done.

  what youtube player does feature wise is the same thing this player can do? ie. does it play the same file format what youtube player can?

  Yes it plays any file that a youtube player plays just you can’t use it to play video from the youtube site.

  Yes this player was made exactly for that, you can add it in a html site or flash site and it will play your videos.(it will play any movie format as a youtube player – Supports MPEG-4 standard container files that contain video and audio H.264 / AAC encoded including MP4, M4V, M4A, MOV, Mp4v, F4V, FLV.)

  
  

  You will have a help file in the download sources with instructions about how to use it.

  
  

  You can change the widht and height of this playr to you needs in the xml file you don’t need to touch any script or the fla.
