    i have no idea how to all kinds of stuff – so pls dont pvt msg me, – i have a working news.fla – i dont even know what i did to fix the shit.. after i did some simple things with the fonts it worked for me. so maybe try changing it to verdana or helvetica – thats what i did and i also added symbols “Æ Ø Å” bcuz i used it for a danish site.

    Let me first say that you created a fantastic template and I’m very interested in purchasing it. I’d like to be able to add a blog and have the site start with a different background every time someone visits. Is that possible?     The template is great and I almost have everything configured on my site but I have altered how I want the gallery to operate but I can’t get it to work how I would like it to. Basically, when you rollover gallery I have created sub menu’s of each project that I have worked on, I would like to be able to click on the sub menu so that it brings up just that project. To me it is just a lot cleaner and easier to navigate for the user. Unfortunately, it only works for only one sub-menu link and the rest of the links reference the original link. I have tried to modify the paths and create a gallery2 directory for the second link but I think that I have to modify something in either the gallery.xml file or the gallery.fla file because it references back to the gallery.xml file.     One more question…if you checked out www.brettsichellodesign.com you will notice that the background only autosizes for a standard monitor but not for widescreen. Considering most new monitors are widescreen is there a fix for this?

    
    

    Also, I re-downloaded the package as per your posting on June 13th Nitrox, and uploaded the News .fla and .swf files but that red spot bug is still there? Was the bug in one of the other files? Could you let me know which one so that I can upload just that file.

     Thanks for the site, it is great first of all! I’ve a question though… I’m trying to put an animation to the starting page but as resiziing is a problem I decided to go the background plus a small flash animation route. However, I’m having a heck of a time centering my own flash on the page. It keeps aligning to left and top… How do I get it to center the way regular modules do? Tried copying the auto-center layer to my movie but that did not seem to work. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks!!

     I found out the problem to my last comment. I was editing with Dreamweaver CS3 and each time for the config.xml file was edited with this program it would not work. I had Dreamweaver 8 and used that instead and the changes were made without any problems.

     You say `6 free modules` but you dont mention the NEWS section in your demo. Does this mean that if I buy this I cannot actually create the same website as in your demo? I dont see anywhere where you sell additional modules like the news one? Please clarify or can anyone who has bought it clarify. It also says almost everything can be done in xml but what things cant be done? Is it just the text at the beginning of the demo?

     I want to do a couple of things in the Portfolio module, was wondering if they were possible.

     
     

     1) I want to set the module up so that ‘Category Name ‘ is not visible at the bottom.
     2) I would like to use the VISIT button to open up a flv in the same window, ie where the image currently resides.

     Finally my site is working, I can´t really give a clear solution, but I uploaded the entire site in a zip , and I unzip it into the server. ( not uploading the files, one by one, just a zip ).
     I hope with that works for them who have the same problem.

     Has anyone figured out how to have the gallery section auto recognize your pictures for the xml? I have 1000 pics broken into 50 events but to manually edit the gallery xml for 1000 pictures is crazy.Am I missing an easier option? pls message me if you know a work around.

     
     

     Also, this is a stupid ques but what type of coding is used in the xml files. I have tried to center the text on the footer and nothing i have tried works.
