  Yes, it can be customizable because I have offered source code to you . but you need to understood the source code , then customize it for your project , it should be easy to flash developer.

  i just bought this – it is superb
  just looking through the code…. trying to work out where to change the look the popup(s)
  i want to dynamically load in an image and some other text from the xml

  No offense, but I was able to froze it up in like 4 seconds. It is very buggy. You click on a red mark, and before the little description tooltip fully opens, just close it. Bang! Now the whole thing is locked up. Can’t rotate it no more. Can’t click on any other city. Have to F5 (that’s latin for “refresh the page”). Please do some bug fixing before considering selling it.

  sorry , the component don’t offer edit and add images on the pop-up , if you need so function, you need to redevelop the component base on source code , it is complex function .

  I just bought the component. I am not good at Flash programming.
  I just want to use the component on a site with a custom XML file (I created the new XML file with Cities, longitude, etc.).

  
  

  My question is… what are the files I need to upload to the webserver in addition to the globemap.html, AC_RunActiveContent.js, and globemap.swf ? Where should I place the XML file?

  I was able to upload the component too my web server and it is working :)

  it is easy . for example , if your swf and html file in “A” folder , you need place xml file in “Aasserts” folder . then the flash globe will can read data from xml file .

  Very Important: How to add a hyperlink to the Info Box? On clicking this link, I would like to show a detail page about that location. I am assuming, we can add a link in the XML file; but I want to know how to make it click-able :)

  Can you help….. three thing I need to modify: 1.canvas size to show full globe, 2.stop globe from increasing is size once you’ve clicked on a location and it starts to rotate again and 3.the orange squares to indication world location…..

  Follow-up to earlier post. I've found out what makes the script freeze but don't know how to fix it. If I click on a point of interest and then click the X to close the box, sometimes the box doesn't completely go away. It will fade a little or a lot, sometimes to the point where it's almost invisible. If I click again in the general area of the X it will fully close the box and continue spinning the globe. Thoughts? Why would the box not completely close the first time?

  I’d like to use this Flash with a Blogger platform.
  I upload the globemap.swf file on the platform Mydatanest, and in the same folder I put the folder assets (with the data.xml file + earthmap1k.jpg file).

  Hi I bought this template and wanted to know if there is a way of making the globe move in the direction the mouse cursor moves. I know currently the user has to click on the globe and then they can move it but was thinking and trying to make the globe move in the direction the mouse cursor is moving. Is it possible.
