  is there a way to adjust the speed of the ticker without changing the Framerate of the movie?

  Hi Spy,

  As it mentioned in the help file you can do it by going to the root of the movie and selecting the main movie(ticker_mc) and opening the parameters window from the top toolbar(Window>Componet Inspector>Parameters, Also to open this window you can press Shift+F7), then you will see the parameters, The parameter which you need to change named "Ticker Speed".
