  mad changes to the xml and did not see the changes reflected in the USA map... is there a cache issue or something..?

  I didn't understand exactly what you mean by "did not see the changes reflected in the USA map" and about the "mad changes to the xml" please tell me what you didn't understand in the xml file and I will explain and also in case I will make the changes for you.
