  • @adrianTNT you are dead on. Basically FC has mirrored Activeden's business model. Activeden has way more traffic and sales then FC so it is the obvious choice to go exclusive with Activeden. This is what Oxylus did.

FC was the only fair solution that actually produced sales for developers. Those days are done for FC unless they have a change of heart. But I think this will just inspire someone to create a marketplace that supports and treats developers fair. Maybe I'll create that market place? What would you guys like to see in a market place?

  • @ satya4satyanm : The client sent us e-mails every 10-15 minutes. We guarantee a reply withing 24h but the client did not wait for that long. Being that a dispute has been opened, the order's status is now "Held" and we cannot change that. We also received a reply from PayPal regarding the order, saying that the funds are unavailable while the transaction is being reviewed.

Yes, PayPal did not issue a refund, but it has blocked access to the money, which means that only PayPal can access it, not us and neither the client. Therefore, there's nothing we can do but wait for PayPal to finish the review.

We apologize for the inconvenience but this is really not up to us and all we're trying to do is protect our authors, because if the ordered ends up denied and the client downloads his file, you will never get the money. Please e-mail us if you have questions or concerns.
