  This is exactly what I have been looking for except for two things:

  
  

  1. I need to be able to reference multiple image sources. Is there any way of customising the path to different imgPath.xml files without requiring access to the .fla file?

  
  

  2. I have resized to standard banner size but on refreshing the page the original dimensions placeholder flashes blue before the images are displayed. Changing the dimensions in the html results in the banner width being halved. Is there a simple solution to eliminate this?

  And about your second problem please explain more or send your files, i need check them myself, maybe you changed the codes or did something wrong.

  Please add the below code after ( easing:eas ) in lines 133, 136, 139 in actions layer (layer AS):
  
  startPoint:6 ( Don't forget to separate them with a comma )

  I see the images path in the XML file you sent to me first not correct and you entered wrong path, please see below:

  The path you entered:
  /banner/images_banner/14fiab4v.png

  And the correct path:
  banner/images_banner/14fiab4v.png

  As you see I have removed the “/” from before the “banner/images_banner/14fiab4v.png”

  Or if your images folder is in the parent folder then you should enter the path like the below:
  ../banner/images_banner/14fiab4v.png (Enter two dots before the slash)

  I’ve tried to change the path on the first XML you sent to me and then the file working fine, so please change the path and remember that if you change the XML file then you need to specify the new XML file name in the FLA source or HTML by a parameter(Explained in the help).

  I notice that the “Delay” coding only works on the timing it sits on the picture but not the transition’s timing (for example: controlling the timing on the fade transition). Any way I can alter the original Flash file to do that?

  Well I’m back and updating this and previous version of this file then you can change the transition delay from the FLA source as well.

  The features added to this and previous version of this file are:

  
  

  1 . A new Fade transition(specialFade) which is perfect for the PNG and GIF fades.
  2 . An option in XML to control the transition speed.
