  Yes. You just need to write width-height values to XML & HTML. It has auto-resize feature.

  I am having trouble resizing. I changed the width and height in the xml and html files but now the arrows are in the same spot and the caption is now cut off.

  I use UTF-8 to texts. You need to save XML file as UTF-8. If you have a problem with encoding after you purchase, mail me.

  I resized with xml and html, that didnt work, so I resized with flash, that almost worked, except now I get not text and the text background bar only comes up a third of the way.

  I sent you an e-mail. You need to write width-height both in HTML & XML. Just, you need to change 590 to other width.
