You have to create an AS3 project. Then, copy library items & ActionScripts. There’s a sample code in com/flashdo/flashblue/Main.as how to add it as a child movie.

or … what is the external command to stop it from elsewhere in my code?

uhm…is there any way to make it look smaller, without all the black background behind the player icon? got a transparent site, and the black background kinda messes it up…. :) other than this, love it! ;)

How do I make the file dimension smaller? I want it only 30px by 30px. I can change the player size, but the actually file isn’t visible because it’s still positioned in the middle of the larger size for some reason that I can’t find. I even tried updating the fla and exported a new swf. I have removed the stylesheet link and styles as well. Thanks in advance for your help.

How do you stop the mp3 from looping? Do I need to alter the action script in MP3Player.as?
I would like the mp3 to play only once then stop. Please help. Thanks.

You need to open fla source to resize it. Other then, you can make other changes via XML.

You can remove background from FLA source. Open source/mp3player.fla & delete bg from stage.
Then, open source/com/flashdo/flashblue/Main.as. You’ll see:
mp3Player.x = 270;
mp3Player.y = 144;
You can change X-Y coordinates there. You should re-publish FLA.
If you don’t have Adobe Flash CS3/CS4 installed, mail me about your request. I can send you modified file asap.

Hi.
I purchased your file and really like it, however, I do need the stage to be quite a bit smaller (90w x 30h). I have Flash V8 and cannot open the mp3player.fla
Would you be willing to re-size this and how much would you charge?
