  I recently purchased this, but can’t get it to open in Flash 8.. Each time I try, it says “Unexpected file format”.. Could you please check to be sure the files were saved as Flash 8 compatible, and re-upload them?

  The main files are CS3 version compatible. Also there are Flash 8 files in zip archive named “flash8_files.zip”. You should download and open these files.

  Thank you for the reply, but I tried that and it does not work either. It says “Unexpected file format”. I think those might have been saved as a CS3 version as well, and just need to be resaved specifically as a Flash 8 Document?

  If I purchased the globe...is there a way to have the words "World Wide" on the globe so a person can read that while it's spinning. It would be nice to have it blend in, because I already love the way the globe looks.

  The globe is beautiful but too big for where I want it when I put it into my web page and then try to scale it from 590 x 300 to 390 x 100 there is a lot of gray space on each side. I would like to know how to scale it and keep the black background that I put in the properties

  Hi - I purchased this product today and I'm having difficulty getting the actual globe color needed. I need Globe with speed 1 and preset color 5. Is there anyway you can send me a file with these globe features? Thanks
