  Hi there, I recently purchased this template, however I ran into problem when trying to access the Admin panel after the site has been uploaded to the internet. It gives me a white screen with writing that states: "unable to create file". What could be the problem?

  hi this means that you don-t have write permission on your server

  you have to set your permission to 777 to all files and folder

  remember that you need linux server to run admin

  I am absolutely upset with the author of this template. I purchased this recently and found out immediately after installing and going to the forum from the link in the template that there is a Version 3 available. Version 3 has better features and add-ons for the same price as this version. There is nowhere here mention of version 3. I contacted author and asked to see if I could replace this version with an complimentary upgrade. He offered me a 15$ discount instead. When I mentioned that I am not looking for discount, he mentioned that he only makes $11 from flash component and refused an upgrade. I suppose making money is more important than good customer service.

  It is misleading for Flash Component or the author not to mention that there is a newer version available that the customer can benefit from. Even though this is a great template but I refuse to rate it higher.

  there's an icon just under the description with the link for the 3 version. And you can find it simply by clicking on my account or on "other from author"

  Hello, I am interested in purchasing this template but I need it for a page in Spanish. It is possible that the code respects the accents in words? In Spanish accents in the words are very important.

  there's already embedded the ARIAL font which supports all languages

  you simply have to change the name of the font into css according the instructions

  Hey, buy this template, but when you load the bin folder on the server and try to enter the admin panel to adjust my template I get everything in black and a message "unable to create file" My server runs on Linux and accepts PHP5.0 I could guide because my panel is not loaded correctly.

  Hi, you know because when I change something in the (. Fla) and generates (main.swf) and fonts are not. You know how to remedy that?. Now install the font package and others begged me as (fff_reaction_condensed) and (fff_urban) you know why?
