Hello. First I would like to say that this site is great and the documentation could not have been better. You guys did an outstanding job with the creation of this template.
I just have a few questions:
1. I just put the site live ad noticed that upon initial loading… the loading emblem and word is all the way to the left of the screen to the point where it is half way off of the screen. How do I fix that?
2. I would like to put a guestbook feature on the site, what type would you recommend? can it be HTML, should it be flash based, etc…

about loading this problem appens only offline…when you put your site on the server loading go back to center of page (it’s a brower /flash offline bug). If your site is already online send me the link so I will check

is ti possible to remove the “The Great White” circular logo from the top left of the screen? Apart from that, the template looks excellent.

you can replace rounded logo with other image or swf
look here for an example

Hi,
Really like the template,
I would like to use it for a photo gallery site,
I would need a single level subcategory how would that be displayed.

Sorry, a bit vague i know,
Have a main menu category or say models and then have a sub menu listing of model names, but i would like that listing horizontally under the main menu headings

Yes except have the submenu dropdown when the main menu item is clicked or can it appear on mouseover to select a subcategory?
How much would you charge to customize the template?

1) you can change all text you want , copyright text is only a sample
2) no, but if you ahave external videogallery with categories you can use it as a custom file

i am between this one and the power xml template 2.0
1. can you support this one with greek fonts?
2. is it possible to change the white color to something else?
3. Can i create more menus and submenus or are fixed?
The same questions r for the power xml template 2.0 also!! :)

hi lord
1) this support all chars (greek, turkysh,russian etc) by default . For Power template you need an extra download(for free)
2) You can do anything you want with the file, and it’s easy
3) all menu and submenu you want, it’s unlimited, same for power template

To who it may concerns,
I recently purchased the The Great White Template 3. Its a great peace of work.
I experience issues using it in FireFox 3.5 on windows (tested on windows 7) and Internet explorer 7 (tested on windows xp)
The site loads and starts with the gallery module. The thubnails show up and load, but the main gallery window does not show up.

I also tested the unmodified version and experienced the same problems. Thumbnails load, but the large image doesn’t show up.:

When i click on one of the thumbnails i can see the loading percentage popping up for a second.
Can you provide me with a fix or any other solution how to get it to work on these browsers,
as IE 7 and the latest FireFox 3 version on 7 are used a lot by the users and
its very important to be compatible.

the problem is resolution not browser
go to gallery.as
find:
if (sizeY>600){
and replace with:
if (sizeY>200){
that’s all
