  Hi,
  I’m using an image as a background on the initial page, but i want it to resize to fit the browser window.
  Is this function in the template or can you add it for me?

  code is simple but consider that if you resize the background to fit browser it will be stretched out when user resize browser

  
  

  is simple to add a big background image, up to 1900×1600

  I purchased the great white template a month or so and I have to say this is a fantastic template. I’ve tried many others for much more $$$, and this by far is the best I’ve seen.

  
  

  I do have one minor issue that I hope you can answer. It seems many are accessing my website with monitors that are set at 800×600 resolution. Unfortunately the template doesn’t seem to be able to adjust down to this screen size. Is there something I can do to allow the site to be seen correctly? I also tried the fix for the picture gallery you posted in November but it didn’t work for me.

  I’m afraid but minum resolution is 1024×768, there’s not hacks possbile.

  
  

  You can add a splash screen where you suggest minumum resolution and to use full screen button to 800×600 user

  Thanks for the quick response and clarification. I will add a splash screen.

  I do have one issue I can't seem to figure out.

  I used your fix for smaller screens for the picture gallery, but it doesn't seem to work. I must be doing something wrong. I did see that it is working for the other customer's website that asked about the fix. Any help would be appreciated.

  Hi Marco,

  I don't know how to recompile it. I don't have flash and am pretty new to this. Any other suggestions, or if you emailed me a correct "main.fla", would that be possible, and would that work?

  Hi I am on the edge of buying The Great White Template. Was wondering how hard is it to change the colors of the site ? Is that controlled by XML ? or .Fla? I really could use this template but not in white but the opposite in black and grayish colors. Can this be achieved ? Great Template by the way!!!

  change background from xml
  open fla and edit block up and block down

  I have just purchased this template – wondering how can I upload new pics?? When I upload pics in the folder assets/gallery/xxxxx/ and assets/gallery/xxxxx/thumbs always a error msg come up – scripterror bla bla… :(

  - the question how to update in the easiest way my gallery? Do I have to upload miy new pics in assets/XXXX an thumbs – then change/write manually all pics in the category(XXXX).xml??

  
  

  - Contact form does not work correctly: – it send me the Email, but all message is empty – the sender is still my own emailadress, not the one from filled contact form – how do I change the words in cotactform (Company, Request….)? – is it possible to put the IP Adress of the sender in email message?   2) download this file and replace your form_info.php www.flashfiles.biz/script/php.zip, to change the form you need to edit contatti.as and recompile contatti.fla in component/src folder

  1) that’s not good :( when I have to update a lot of pics :(
  2) now working better, but the Email senders adress is showing weird ([email protected]) – when I hit the button “reply” on my email-client it shows the right emailadress…any Idea to fix this? And how can I insert the information of IPRequest of the contact sender in my email?

  After I change just one word for test in contatti.as (Company <-> Firma) I went to contatti.fla…do nothing change – just klicking publish – I get an error about publish-folder … I changed “E:work_newFlash denEASY WEBSITEincomponentdatacontact.swf” to ..//data/contact.swf – after that I click publish – then I get 13 Error messages in Adobe Flash:

  hi, i want to ask something…i want to buy 2 templates from you(the great white and power xml template v2.0), my questions are:
  1) i am from greece and i want the menu and the all pages support greeks!(special characters)! it is possible this?
  2)can i change the background image and music?
  3)can i duplicate same menu? for example i want to have in one page 3 different portfolio links!
  4)i have linux and i can not edit any swf or fla file.so any changes i need to do, i have to do from xml files!it is possible this?

  Mi scuso per non scrivere in inglese...sarei poco chiaro.... Vorrei sapere se è possibile personalizzare questo template. con components esterni e nel caso fosse possibile quale sarebbe la procedura per evitare che nella stessa directory si trovino più files "settings.xml" ? Grazie infinite

  Davvero un buon lavoro. ma ,per favore, è possibile ridiensionare la videogallery ??? sullo schermo dei portatili non si vede la barra play!!! ho provato a compilare il fla ma da errore!!! Grazie
