unable to send message to resource designer

  Hi all,

  I'm new to the site so have tried this a couple of times to make sure i'm not going mad.

  I want to contact the designer of a particular resource on the site to ask a question, but can't seem to find the send / submit' button on the 'new message' page. Has anyone encountered this before?

  Thank you for your message. There is a possibility that your browser's JavaScript is deactivated. For Chrome, check this link

  If this still doesn't solve it, might be a problem with the used browser version. Use the newest ones, Firefox 7 or Chrome 14. Thank you.
