  Hello, this is a great player and easy to use. One question…the ‘Esc’ key does not seem to work completely in restoring the player back to normal mode from fullscreen. The ‘fullscreen’ icon on the player interface works great, but not ‘Esc’. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

  This is a Flash Player issue. When you press the ESC key in a browser the SWF doesn’t catch the event. If you open only the SWF and press ESC, you’ll see that it will work

  Another excellent product. However I have a couple of small questions regarding the player.
  
  Firstly, how can I change the default volume setting of the player? I've used the older 'FLV Video Player' before and noticed there was an option to set the initial audio volume level. Can I change this with the FX player as well?
  
  Secondly, I can't seem to get the autoload function to work properly. I want to disable auto load so the video doesn't start buffering until the viewer presses the play button as the videos are quite large.
  
  I've changed the autoload function in the settings.xml. Am I missing something else? I've tried several times on different servers to no avail.

  I'm sorry but the feature to change the default volume it's not implemented. Maybe we will added in a future update.
  
  About the autoLoad function, it seems there is indeed a problem and we're trying to fix this.

  Thanks for the instructions. How can I dynamically load a video? I tried to pass a url variable through the media_url setting but it doesn't work.

  There are several problem with this player.
  1. When you let loopVideo to false the play button disappears at the end of the video.
  2. Fullscreen doesn't work.
  3. Slide out control doens't work.
  4. When I try to use the generate setting  on the website. The settings still don't work.
  
  I was hoping to use this player on a real website, but I am concerned that the player is an alpha version and still requires a lot of test before in can be put into a production environment. Is there an updated version?

  Another problem. When I play a video and the video reaches the end the play button moves and leaves a gap in the control bar. Plus the auto hide control bar doesn't work either.

  You can change the size of the playlist by editing the attributes from listConfig element inside the style.css file you're using.

  Hi I need to change the name of the file "settings.xml" because another similar is on my folder. I tried to change de name on the Flash Inspector but it doesn't work. Am I doing something wrong? Is it posible to change the name of that file?

  Can I dinamically play YouTube videos with this component, do I have to type the youtube link as a the src in the xml file or is there no way of playing youtube videos with this component? This is a very important feature for the decision of my purchase!

  Hello, I purchased this product, it looks good, the only big problem is; i set the component in a frame on my time line which you can reach by pushing a button, but, when I go back to another frame, the video doesn't stop automatically, it keeps playing while you're going through the time line, this doesn't work for a real website, can I get assistance as soon as possible.

  Hi I'm having an issue in that although i've set autoload to false it is still loading the film on load, also ive set an image to load as a starting image but its not loading the image. The images are all hosted externally but despite having tried the crossdomain.xml they are not loading.
