Hi, I would like to add another “portfolio” type category with a sub-menu in the main menu area, how can I do this? I’ve looked at the script and XML file and can’t figure it out. Thanks for any help you can provide!

I’m sorry but that is not possible, this template was made to show images not videos, you can add just a video section.

Hello.
Is there a way to add text description to the images?
I have previously bought a stand along gallery in the same style as this from you and it had the oppertunity to add a description field to each image… so I assumed that worked here as well.
Also.. is it possible to make URL links on the images? Or making some of the text in the description link to it?

I’ve never used Chrome but if this is happens with this gallery then all the flash that you will use in full screen in Chrome will have the same behavior.

before to buy I have some questions…
1. Is it possible to add a button to link my blog-page? If yes, Can I add it in the menu (as the other voices) or I have to add it in the Contact or About Us?
2. Is it possible to change the menu layout like the first version of this template (I like more the movement of sub-menu)?

It is possible but it can only be done if the code is changed, you can’t do this with the confic.xml file.

Email problems…
Your help file says “$email = “tibi_diablo@yahoo.com”“ needs to be changed to reflect MY email address… however that particular line of code is not found in the PHP mail script. Where am I suppose to make that change then?
Also…. I don’t want the PHONE field of the email to be necessary for validation. As I was testing it, I noticed that it wouldn’t allow me send without filling out that field. How can this be disabled? I don’t think a visitor should have to provide a phone number, to simply send the email through the website.

Yes you are right the field is called $email_to_send = “tibi@webdesign-flash.ro”; , is not hard to figure it out, but thanks to notice that I will change the help text file. About the contact form stuff write to me at tibi_diablo@yahoo.com ….

Is there an easy code solution to mute the sound when I enter the VIDEO section, and un-mute it when I leave the video section. It seems practical, and likely fairly easy for an efficient AS3 programmer. Just Curious

I will fix this this week, when the video section will open the sound will be muted.
There is no easy way to do this, and there are some nested MovieClips, is best that I fix this.

New feature added, now you can add external url links as menu buttons this can be done in the main xml file, no need to change the code.
New feature added, fixed the resizing formula problem for the video section, now the video will rezise and scale based on his format.
Those who already bought this and need this features download again the .zip file.

Open index.html with a text editor.
Search for XML TEMPLATE PHOTOGRAPHY V2 and replace it with your one text.
Save the file.
That’s it!
