Definitely a big fan of the template but wanted to know if there was a way to re-order the menu? Ex. making the about page first, then video then collections

This is not possible in the xml file but it can be done inside the code, is not so difficult to do this but there is some math involved:)!

thank you. Right now my image size is 1500×1000 just as the img.jpg. It looks like background image and the img.jpg gets cut off at the bottom in IE and Safari when the browser is full screen but not the website. You know of any fix for this?

This will happen with that because the image needs to be resized based on the browser size. If the image will have the exact same size with your browser then it will be distorted…
There is nothing to fix there!

Yes you need to work inside the menu MovieClip. you can find that in the Library, the code is on the first frame.

I was able to flip the positions for the About and Photos but I can’t seem to get the collections to cascade as they did when Photos were at the top. Can you point me to the code I need to change? Also I’m using CS3 FLV files for the video section but it doesn’t resize properly (about 590×440)

About the resizing download the latest version of the template, the resizing id fixed.
About the menu I can’t point you to anything because it is a advanced code there and I have no idea how to explain this to you, I don’t even know how…

I have no idea what pointers to give you. The template has some really advanced code .. I really don’t know how to help you.
I can tell you that the navigate function need to be changed along with a lot of stuff.

I would like to use an other font, for example Helvetica. Where in index.fla must I change it?
And I will versal letter in the navigation, I don’t know how change this.

I’m talking about the fonts. Is not hard to change the font is just that there are many places to change, is not something that I can explain, if you are a developer this is an easy thing to do else is a waste of my time to explain.

Search in the library for this MovieClip “next_mc copy” in there you can remove the glow.

I need to know how to customize the send_message.php file from it’s defaults so that I can receive completed forms.

There are instructions in the help file about how to do this but I will explain it here.
Open send_message.php with a text editor and replace this like of code:
$email_to_send = “[email protected]”;
with
$email_to_send = “your_email@your_domain.com”;
If you want multiple emails to receive the message then add them like this:
$email_to_send = “your_email1@your_domain.com, your_email2@your_domain.com, your_email3@your_domain.com”;
Save it and that’s it!
Don’t forget to upload it to the server, this will not work if you test it locally.
