  For some reason I can't download the javascript files for the player. Is it a setting on my computer. Also when the player is finished what codes go in the head tag of the html document. Thank you

  You can do that either by addressing the issue privately (by clicking the "Ask Author" button available on the product's page; in this case you'll be able to see the author's response into your "Inbox" available from "My account" section of our site) or by posting a comment on the product's page.
