  Hi Firecode, sorry that still doesn't work. It will not load the video from the XML file and just locks up. I checked the link in a browser and it plays the YouTube video fullscreen fine - but not from within your component. There must be something else as other people on here are having the same problem - I am not the only one. If it plays an FLV video on the same server without problems why won't it play a YouTube video? Can you please advise? Kind regards - Peter

  @nlwd: Run the app from a server. Flash Player's security sand box blocks any web links ( for security reasons ) if run from pc. The sample used on this page is the exact swf you are getting and if you can see it has youtube videos playing.

  Can we hide playlist as a default? That's mean in first loaded, show only pl button. When they click on pl button come out playlist.

  in the xml file, how can I change "cycle" in this line . I don't want to play mode = cycle. I want it to stop when the video finished. What can I put there?

  I need to re-publish the swf generated from the source FLA file doesn't show the video title, video time and any text. could you please fix the problem on the FLA file? Can i change source FLA file and add some tag in xml for keep data id and get it to retrun to PHP?

  Yes, that's the problem. CS5 uses another way of handling text and texfields.

  As I wrote in the specifics of the components ( right column )

  I just installed this on my server to test out but I can't seem to host all the files in ex: name.com/videos/ and reference the video in a different directory name.com/library/

  I've changed the directory references but still not working. Is there a different way?

  I have the problem, regardless of the setting (normal, next, cycle, etc.) the audio for the video that just finished starts over and continues playing even after the next video has started. So, how to clear the sound from last video not mixed up together with the next video. Can you help me to fix my problem. Thank you.

  This component has visual problems on the playlist with flash 10+ and Mac OS 10.6.8. Otheriwse it has worked great until this broke and the author has not provided a fix.

  Is there a trial version - watermarked or whatever - to test it out? We have swf's coming in from sources beyond our control so we want to be sure we can resize swf's if necessary without having artifacts from off stage showing up, and run various versions without problems. We've tested other plugins with issues and we're not Flash developers able to tweak much at all.
