Its been hours since I purchased this product and another product, and I still haven‘t been able to download them. Could someone please tell me how to download it or get my money back???
Why doesn‘t the page allow me to download, after I purchased it? And I purchased it over 3 hours ago! I tried it in IE and firefox… please help

Hi,
1. It should work just fine. Make sure you have copied the config.xml file, images etc in the same folder.
2. You need to specify your frame name / number in the xml file instead images and inside Flash replace the getURL method with gotoAndPlay or gotoAndStop.

First, sorry about my english, I hope you can understand me:
1 – I‘m trying to use this component in another project, I did that way:
Copied the Menu Assets folder into my project library and dragged the “2DZoomMenu” Movie Clip to my movie.
But the problem is when I insert a new button or movie clip at the stage, the “Zoom Menu” stop work, do you know what‘s happen?
2- I know how to go to a Url when click at the menu, but I want to know if is possible click at menu, and “goto and stop” at other frame?

If it‘s working for other users, then it should work for you.
Just make sure you uploaded the same structure on your server and the images/xml paths specified correctly.
Also make sure you have the latest Flash player version installed on your browser.

Some people have told me that the uploaded file works OK for them, although on my computer I still see it wrong.
This is quite disconcerting to me. For example, on this page both examples of your code do not work for me. I only see static images with the ‘loading…’ circles over them, no animation save for horizontal movement.
Yet, the similar menu at the bottom of this page works perfectly for me.
What is the difference between the code of that one (or perhaps its embed code) and that of your examples? I ask because I believe that therein will lie the issue I continue to experiment with your – otherwise – nice product.
