Can this pack be set for only 1 or 2 rows of images to be displayed? Each setting is for 3 rows to be altered. Thanks!

Hello, I just purchased the 5 Gallery Pack and looked at the PDF inside the folder. My question is: Is this a server-side product (I need my Users to be able to select a gallery to use, not necessarily customize it) or client-side for my use only. I will start my very first website this week and want these galleries to be featured for the Users but also if they want to choose one of them to sell/display their products/services in some drag and drop or click format for (their) selection. Any tips on how to code it would help. Thanks.
