When You Resize the SlideShow You Must Also Resize the object Size in HTML Page ( equal to slideshow Size )

Hi,
is there is easy way to adjust the size of the slideshow? I resized the whole slideshow in Flash 8, but when I do it with the images it shows them not in a good way. They are really tiny.
Can you help me please?

To Switch The SlideShow To Non Clickable And Disable The Url's , You Just Need To Find Code Below in FLA File Between Lines Number ( 197 – 199 ) And Delete These Lines Of Codes :
