I liked the gallery. I now have to change the text in the xml file for words with accents, that do not display in the movieclip.
Does anyone know a solution for this problem?

cheers

I was able to add my photos, resize the layout, edit the xml, tweak the tween motion in under 5 minutes.

I have the flash file loading into my main flash layout with a geturl command to _level8 and it works fine.

I'll most likely remove the Picture number variable with the mouse over descriptions. I also removed the color bar for when there are no more thumbnails.

I stated the above to show that everything is adjustable. Very easy layout and very easy actionscript to follow.

Great layout to break apart for anyone looking to see how things work.

When I click the photo, it pop up the new page.

Is it like, if I send a link by myself, I can let viewer to download the photo?

If you keep the files in the same path that you downloaded you dont need to change nothing in flash.

But, if for some reason you want to keep your gallery swf in one folder, and the xml and other files in a different folder, you should open the flash file, go to frame 16 and open the actions panel.

After that just add your site url your gallery are.

I really like this gallery. Looks great. and yes it says that it is easy to edit through the XML file. However when I downloaded it I found out you also have to edit the "toadd" variable in flash. Being that I don't know what that is or how to do more then open flash can anyone help me?

What is the "toadd" variable and how do I get it to point to the folder I want.

Thanks!
