This is a dynamic Flash template, which is fully driven by XML. In this template, there are two parts, one is the photo gallery which is XML driven, the other is template content which is also XML driven.

To change the images from the image gallery, you just have to change the image in flash_images folder and thumb folder. The image size should be 732x444. For thumb images size should be 55x42. Try to rename the image in sequence of 1.jpg, 2.jpg and so on, for both folder.

To change the content of template open the XML file with notepad. Change/ edit the content of head and description nodes. Head node is for heading of every content and the description is for main content of template.
