Hello, Is it possible to get unique url address for each individual video in the library so when you type in that url in the browser the video player utomaticaly plays that specific video from the library?

Is there a certain way i have to write the youtube address? Why doesn't this player plays my youtube video! Here is the address to my video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6PE7kw_1faY
it plays fine when I point the direct FLV from my server but doesn't play the youtube video can you please help?
