The buttons look good! You made the buttons convex (bulged out). However, have you ever tried to make the buttons concave (pushed-in) when selected? If you do that, you would have to make the animation from convext to concave and back.

I could have made the buttons have a (push-in) effect, but I prefer having them Bulge out
instead
It would be easy to do, I just would have to reverse it, so when the user rolls over the button it would decrease in size instead of increasing
