The preloader is in that ZIP file and one more thing : The team of this website analyze any file that I uploaded so nobody can't cheat !!!!!!!!!!

Hi ,
I just sent you an email explaining how this file works .This circular preloader loads a picture and that picture is a picture of wind-power.You can see the preloader and the code in the .fla file not in the .swf one.

I think the preloader counts the progress amount of loaded data (adding images and other objects to your Flash movie via XML is separate functionality).
