The Classic Scroll Bar component has all the Advanced Scroll Bar properties except the following features that are not included in the classic version:

* Color overlay customization support
* Per instance skinning. Only global skinning is allowed.
* Custom scroll easing support (basic,bounce,elastic and inertia). Only basic scroll speed is included.
* Fixed slider/track body options
