Simple Contact Form

A very useful Flash contact form. Data will be sent via a PHP file that's included in the download package. Form validation also included. It's a fully customizable FLA file that can be published as player 6, 7, 8 and upwards.

*Note : Before start : Make sure that your server allows you to send mail through PHP!
